The Olympic Games 2010 have yet to begin, but the watch brand Omega has already positioned itself in the winner’s circle.
The brand, which will be the official timekeeper of the Olympic Games this year, has opened a boutique in the Fairmont Hotel Vancouver, where it will host a series of events that dovetail with the games, set to take place over a 17-day period beginning Feb. 12. More than 5,500 athletes and officials from 80-plus countries are expected to converge on Vancouver, British Columbia, to help make the upcoming event the largest Olympic Winter Games ever.
